The Goats

Cinnamon is the oldest of three sisters and we think they’re all Nigerian Dwarf goats possibly with something else thrown in there. Cinnamon is currently very pregnant and we were told she was bred with a Lamancha buck. She’s the sweetest of the three sisters and will come begging to be pet.

The middle child of the trio, Gaia, is pretty shy. She’s very bonded to Cinnamon in particular and feels more comfortable approaching people if Cinnamon is around. Gaia is also pregnant but not as far along as Cinnamon.

Freyja, the smallest of the three sisters, is our little trouble maker. She instigates ramming with our smallest two goats and sometimes gets a little too excited about treats.

Darkness is our newest pygmy goat and also potentially pregnant. She’s almost a year old and the people we got her from didn’t handle her much so she is very shy and tends to run away from us. We’ve made some progress though and she now accepts treats but only if we’re on the other side of the fence.

Mable is our old lady pygmy goat and friends with Darkness. She sometimes tries to ram Darkness but can’t get enough force behind it to actually do anything. Mable is also quite the talker and will tell you her whole life story if you let her!
